Counselling
Person-centred counselling focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Rather than offering solutions, the counsellor supports you in discovering your own path forward.

There’s no agenda and no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. Sessions are led by you, and you’re free to explore whatever feels most present.

20 minutes of person-centred counselling

40 minutes of reflexology
Gentle, calming work on the feet designed to support relaxation, ease tension, and help your body begin to settle.

30 minutes of person-centred counselling
A warm, non-judgemental space where you’re free to explore whatever feels present for you. This is your time to be heard, understood, and accepted—without pressure, advice, or expectation.
50 minutes of reflexology
Gentle, intuitive work on the feet to support deep relaxation, release tension, and calm the nervous system—allowing the body to fully let go.
10-minute integration & grounding
A quiet moment to gently return, allowing space for reflection and a sense of calm before you continue your day.
