About the Practitioner
Warm, Qualified & Deeply Human
With a Diploma in Reflexology and a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling, I bring together two powerful forms of healing — touch and conversation — to support your whole-person wellbeing.
As a working mum, I deeply understand the importance of balance. I believe true wellness comes from how we feel on the inside, not how we look on the outside. My practice is built on that philosophy.
My person-centred counselling approach means you are the expert in your own life. I walk alongside you, offering a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and path forward.
